Skab gode minder for dine børn i vinterhalvåret

Forskning viser, at mængden af sne i vinterhalvåret hænger direkte sammen med antallet af gode minder fra samme periode. Derfor er det også en skam, at vinteren i Danmark ofte skuffer, for selvfølgelig ønsker vi, at vores børn får de bedste minder.

Heldigvis er der meget, som du kan gøre for selv at lægge op til hygge og gode minder. Derfor har vi samlet nogen gode råd, som du kan bruge, hvis sne og is lader vente på sig i år.

Hygge behøver ikke altid involvere mad

Det første der er vigtigt at sige, er at hygge ikke altid behøver involvere mad, snacks eller slik. Hos mange familier er det en selvfølge, at man ikke kan se en god film uden snacks, og det giver usunde vaner til resten af livet, hvis børnene ikke føler, at de kan hygge sig uden mad.

Selvfølgelig skal der være plads til snacks, men det er en rigtig god idé at lære fra starten, at det ikke er en selvfølge, at man skal spise, mens man har det rart.

Hvis du gerne vil hygge med mad, kan du også overveje sunde snacks. Prøv eksempelvis er fag med frugtstykker. Ofte vil det være en lige så stor fest som de mere usunde alternativer.

Det kan være en rigtig god idé at opstille visse retningslinjer i forhold til usund mad og hygge. Hvis man så vælger at bøje dem, så vil det bare skabe ekstra glæde.

Gør sofaen indbydende

Sofaen er oftest samlingspunktet, når der skal hygges i familien, og derfor skal den naturligvis også være indbydende. Selvfølgelig skal man have tæpper, men det kan også være ganske rart at have puder, som man kan putte sig i.

Puder skaber generelt en god stemning i stuen, og det er vigtigt at få pæne puder, der samtidig er behagelige. Hvis din sofa trænger til et pift inden der skal hygges, så køb puder fra Hay her. Alternativt er højtlæsning og en hyggelig beskæftigelse for hele familien. Det er heldigvis gratis at tage på biblioteket, så det er også billig hygge. Tag ungerne med og lad dem selv vælge en bog. Så er hyggen vidst sikret i denne vinter.
