Få far/søn-tid med fodbold i haven

I en hektisk hverdag kan det ofte være svært at få det hele til at hænge sammen, og mange gange går det ud over familien. Når den ene dag tager den anden, og du har travlt på arbejdet, er det nemt at glemme at være sammen med børnene nu og her. Det er dog rigtig ærgerligt, for du går glip at en masse skønne oplevelser med dine børn – men heldigvis kan du nemt rette op på det.

Vær aktive sammen

En rigtig god måde at tilbringe kvalitetstid sammen på, er ved at dyrke sport. Det allernemmeste, I kan gøre, er at købe et fodboldmål til haven, så I kan tage en kamp når som helst. Det kræver ikke andet end en bold og ti ledige minutter, så har I en rigtig god far/søn-oplevelse.

Uanset om du er den aktive type eller ej, er der store gevinster at hente ved at spille fodbold med børnene i haven. Det er sundt for både forældre og børn at få pulsen op, og det giver børnene lidt ekstra træning, til når de skal spille i skolegården.

Samtidig er det et rigtig godt tidspunkt at få talt om børnenes dag på, og ofte kan det være nemmere for børnene at tale om svære ting, når de laver noget andet samtidig med.

Find det rigtige mål

Afhængigt af jeres evner og ambitionsniveau, er der en hel del forskellige fodboldmål at vælge imellem. I kan få de helt små mål, hvis børnene er små, eller hvis I bare skal spille for sjov. Har I begrænset plads, kan de også fås i en pop up-udgave, som gør det supernemt at sætte målene op og tage dem ned.

Hvis sønnike sigter efter at blive den næste Messi, er der en hel række af store mål at vælge imellem, og mange af dem fås med en præcisionsdug, så I kan træne skud og udfordre hinanden.

Fodboldmålene fås i træ, plast og metal, så I kan vælge præcis den type, der passer til jer. De koster cirka mellem 300 kr. og 1500 kr. afhængigt af type, så der er noget for enhver familie.
